About Flowers
Q: How long the flowers can last?
A: It can last more than 1 month and as long as 1 year with proper care protection.

Q: Are these fresh flowers?
A: Nope. As Mostlyflowerssg is focusing on providing Long-Lasting flowers, we do not do Fresh Flowers. We believe Long-lasting flowers are more eco-friendly and easy to take care with. We mainly use Soap flowers, Dried flowers, Preserved flowers & Crochet flowers to create our bouquets.

Q: What is soap flowers? Why should I choose them?
A: The petals of Soap flower are made from soap, it is not real flowers like Preserved flowers. However, It looks like real flowers and has a longer lifespan.

Q: What is preserved flowers? Why should I choose them?
A: Preserved flowers are 100% natural flowers that have undergone a preservation process to maintain their beauty and freshness with no need for water or sunlight.

- It is able to last up to 1 year with little care
- It is pollen free; no allergic reactions

Q: How should I take care of them?
The short answer is: you don't have to! Keep them away from the direct sunlight, and don't wet them. A humid environment could reduce its lifespan, try to put them at dry places.

Q: Will you send me a photo of finished product before sending it out?
No, photo of finished product will not be sending out prior delivery unless requested when placing the order. However, apologies that we may not able to accommodate the request during peak periods.

About Delivery
Q: Do you provide same-day delivery?
A: Sorry, we do not provide same-day delivery. Kindly order at least 1-10 days (depending on the design) in advance to avoid disappointment. For urgent orders (eg, next-day delivery), please Whatsapp us directly to check on the availability and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Q: Are you able to advise on the estimated delivery time?
A: Sorry, we are not able to advise you on the estimated delivery time as that is based on driver's schedule. Driver will arrange his/her schedule based on the delivery locations area by area. However, be rest assured that our drivers will try their best to deliver the products within the chosen time frame.

If you want us to deliver the products within a specific timeframe (Any 3 hours time range between 9am to 9pm), please opt-in for Specific 3 Hours Delivery (additional fees apply).

Q: Will you provide an update when the products are delivered?
A: Sorry, we do not provide updates on the delivery status unless requested. Seek your kind understanding if we are unable to accommodate the request during peak periods. Be rest assured that our drivers will try their best to deliver the products within the chosen timeframe.

About Orders & Payments

Q: How do I use promo code?
A: Upon selected the products, go to my cart page. Add in the promo code into "Enter a promo code" column to apply it. You shall see the discount applied if the promo code is valid.

Q: What are the available payment methods?​
A: Currently, we only accept DBS PayLah!, PayNow, Google Pay or Instant Bank Transfer.

Q: How do I order?
A:
1. Select the preferred products and options, fill in the preferred delivery date before adding to the cart. Kindly note your indicated delivery date must fulfil the minimum lead time indicated.

2. If you want us to write/print a card message to attach with the products, please input them to the card message field. Kindly note the sender's name will be default as anonymous unless otherwise stated.
​
3. After all the products are added to the cart, click Estimated Shipping and choose Singapore, you are able to choose your Delivery Options from the drop down box. Refer to Shipping Info page for details.

If you have chosen Specific 3 Hours Delivery, please indicate your preferred delivery time range under Special Delivery Remarks.

4. After all is done, you can check out by entering the relevant details. Upon completion of checking out, do note that your order is not yet confirmed. Please refer below for the next step - payment.

Q: How do I pay? How do I know whether my order is confirmed?
A:
1. After the order is placed, you will receive an auto-generated email to notify you that we have received your order. Please follow the payment instruction to make full payment to us within 24 Hours, kindly indicate your order number as reference when doing the transfer (if possible).

2. Send us the payment screenshot and order number via Whatsapp / Email to verify and confirm the order.
​
3. A confirmation Whatsapp message / Email will be sent to you within 12 hours upon the receipt of payment screenshots. If no payment is received within the stated timeline, the order will be deemed as cancelled.
​
Note: We will confirm the orders based on payment received date and time, we reserve the rights for not accepting the orders if we are fully booked.​
