By purchasing any of our products, you agree to abide to the following terms of service as listed.

We reserve all rights to revise and update the policies at any time without prior notice given. 

Your delivery will be done by our 3rd party delivery partner, we offer:-

  1. Standard delivery (9am to 4pm or 12pm to 7pm) - Complimentary for all purchases

  2. Self-collection at S308216 (10am to 8pm subject to availability) - Complimentary for all purchases

  3. Special location delivery, delivery to areas such as Sentosa, Airport, Tuas, Lim Chu Kang - Surcharge S$10

  4. Specific 2 hours delivery (any 2 hours time slot between 9am to 9pm) - Surcharge S$15

  5. Premium delivery (handling cash of $1000 SGD & above) - Surcharge $50

1. Standard Delivery

​

Timeslot: 9am to 4pm (AM) or 12pm to 7pm (PM)

 

Drivers will deliver the products Anytime between the chosen timeframe based on their schedule, apologies that we are unable to advise or provide an estimated arrival time of delivery. Please select "Standard Delivery - AM" or "Standard Delivery - PM" as your delivery method. 

 

If you prefer a shorter delivery timeframe, please opt-in for 4. Specific 2 Hours Delivery.

Kindly note that we do not provide delivery to:

  • Airline Road & Alps Ave

  • Army Camps / Police Camps

  • Jurong Island

  • Penjuru

  • PSA Ports

  • Airport Cargo Complex etc

2. Self-collection at S308216

​

Self-collection is available at S308216 (Balestier Area) from 10am to 8pm subject to availability, please Whatsapp us (+65 9783 7535) to make an appointment once you placed the order with us. Please select "Self-collection at S308216" as your delivery method.

 

3. Special Location Delivery

​

Surcharge $10 per delivery applies for delivery to areas such as Sentosa, Airport, Tuas, Lim Chu Kang. The delivery timeframe remains unchanged as per Standard Delivery (9am to 4pm (AM) or 12pm to 7pm (PM)). Please select "Special Location Delivery - AM" or "Special Location Delivery - PM" as your delivery method.

4. Specific 2 Hours Delivery

​

​In the event that the product has to be reached the recipient at a specific time range, we will arrange a 3rd party courier for 2-hours delivery (eg. 3pm - 5pm) at a surcharge of $15 per delivery. Please select "Specific 2 Hours Delivery" as your delivery method and indicate the timing in the Special Delivery Remarks upon carting out.

Kindly note this does not apply to the Special Locations mentioned in point 2. If you would like to arrange for Specific 2 Hours Delivery to special locations such as Sentosa, Tuas etc, please Whatsapp us directly.

5. Premium Delivery

​

In the event that the bouquet consists of more than $1000 SGD cash value, we will be engaging a premium delivery service provider to deliver the high value bouquet. Surcharge of $50 per delivery applies as the service provider is responsible for the item lost if there is any. This is to ensure the high value bouquet can reach you safely.

The delivery timeframe remains unchanged as per Standard Delivery (9am to 4pm (AM) or 12pm to 7pm (PM)).

Changes in Delivery Details

 

Any changes of delivery address/date/time need to be informed at least 48 hours before actual delivery via Whatsapp.
 

Disclaimer

 

  • Customers are responsible to provide the correct delivery information. Mostlyflowerssg shall not be liable for flowers or items delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by our client, no refunds will be provided.
     

  • If the recipient is not at the designated delivery address, we will try to contact the sender, if there are no replies, the delivery person will leave the product outside the door (except for money bouquets). A message will be sent to the recipient/sender to notice the placement. In this case, kindly note we are not responsible for the loss of product.
     

  • ​If 2nd attempt is requested, a re-delivery fee of $20 will be imposed and the next available delivery slot subjected to our schedule. We will try our best to arrange it for you asap.
     

  • ​We are not responsible for any late delivery due to any unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic, unpredictable rainy weather, or anything else beyond our control.
